Replacing the in dash unit on the '08 G37

I was wanting to replace the in dash unit to an aftermarket navigation/dvd system.

But I wanted to know if anyone else has done this and what would happen to my bluetooth and ipod hookup. Is there a particular unit that will allow it to work? Would I be getting into something that would be regretable?
