Replacing Stereo with gps/all in one

Has anyone done this? Anyone have good knowledge on which ones fit or what the dimension specs need to be to make it fit and/or adapters?

My job requires me to drive around and get lost a lot. I'm tired of having to do so so I'm getting a gps.

I'd like for it to have GPS, Touchscreen (bigger the better), Bluetooth phone capability, rear camera view, easy mp3 plug in, and whatever else happens to come with it.

Just about any double DIN stereo would fit.

I say if you're going to that much trouble to have a nice stereo, might as well do it all the right way. Replace all the speakers, run new speaker wire, install amp, install sub (if you're into that) and make it all look good.
