If I am replacing my rotors, is it necessary to replace my pads at the same time, or can I wait a few weeks? Maintainence costs are adding up FAST, and I need to isolate costs as much as possible.

If you have new rotors you need to use new pads. Any irregular wear on the pads will keep them from bedding in on the new rotors. You need to have a clean, smooth, new surface on the pad and rotor for them to bed in correctly. Using the old pads runs the risk of damage to the rotor surface. It will cost you more in the long run. Do it all at the same time.

Wait a couple of weeks to replace the rotors then, they need to be done at the same time, or should be at least.

Well, one of my brembos is cracked, so I don't want to wait to replace it. I guess it will be new pads as well, and tires will have to wait.
