Best way to do it would be to support the engine/trans assembly (either from below with a jack on each side, or from the top). Take off the driver side wheel and plastic inner fender. If you use multiple extensions (and possible a swivel), you should be able to go through the wheel well and remove the rear bolt that holds the engine to the sub fame bracket. You should be able to reach the the front bolt pretty easily. Once those are off, undo the 4 bolts holding the sub frame in.

How far should I let the sub frame drop?

You'll need to completely remove it, the front and rear motor mounts are attached to the sub frame.

I all ready replaced the front and side I was hoping not to half to drop the whole subframe to get the rear one out cause that is my last and the hardest one to get out. If I loosen the front two bolts and take out the rear ones can I drop it enough to get the rear one out? I am also replacing the driver side axle with that out is there a way to get it out threw the driver side wheel well?

You can try loosening the bolt that goes through the center of the mount and see if that gives you enough room.

For the axle, you'll need to remove the two bolts that hold the steering knuckle to the strut. That should give you enough room to pull the axle out of the hub and remove it from the transmission.
