Car: 1990 Pearl White Q45 plain Jane with 266,000 miles. 2015 moonlight white metallic Q70L with 20” wheels, sport brakes and a 5.6L at 58,000 miles.

I am replacing the boots on the rack and I got the boots from Joe. The question that I have is what are the o-riings that come in the kit for?Matt,Jacksonville, FL

They snap into the groove on the skinny side of the boot to hold it tight against the tie rod.

Alright then thanks. Another Question, What type of grease goes back on the rack itself where the teeth are exposed behind the boots?
