94Q w/ the crapola Bose, soon to be ripped out and replaced.

But, for now I have installed an Aftermarket Power Antenna. I used the original Antenna Mounting bracket (in the trunk) and most of the outside fender mount hardware (less the top nut) so everything looks orginal.

I have removed tons of rolled up wire that must have been used for an old Phone that wasn't hooked up to anything.

I have found the "Battery +" wire for the antenna, but I haven't found the 12DCV wire to trigger the antenna. I need a wire w/ Power to go "ON-OFF" with the radio "ON-OFF" switch. I used the "Timer" off the old antenna, works great till it "times out" and then the antenna goes down...the timer shuts down the 12V.

I also wired it to an "Acsessory" 12v, and everything works great, but the Antenna won't go down till I turn "Ignition Switch" to OFF. Thats fine and dandy, but if I go thru a carwash (or the wife does) I'll have to shut the car down to get the antenna to retract. Not Good.

In short, what I need is the color and location of a 12V supply that works with the radio's "ON-OFF" switch...Constant 12v w/ radio "ON", no power w/ radio "OFF".

Thanks, I hope I'm not too confusing....

Well, I got back into it yesterday.

The "Blue Pill" wire to the timer dosen't have 12vdc, (on my car anyway)and with a Testlight, I could not find 1 single 12v source that works off the Radio On/Off switch.

So, screw it. I'll use the power from the new radio...

BOSE SUCKS!!!
