Replacing p/s rack seal, help!

Hey, i'm currently trying to unload my 93' 240sx and recently p/s fluid has been leaking out of my almost non existant boot:rolleyes . Anyway I have ordered the boot and gear housing seal kit from Scottsdale. My question is, how hard is it to replace the seal and is any kind of press needed to insert the seal. Since I am selling the car and it is a very small leak replacing the rack is not an option. Please advise.

I replaced on in a mitsubishi car once, it was press in followed by a C clip. It stopped leaking for about two months.
