replacing oem single cd w/ oem 6 disc or nav

just purchased an 08 alima s and am curious if replacing the oem single disc cd with oem nav or oem 6 disc is as simple as plug and play?
can anyone shed some light on this? thanks in advance everyone.

I don't know if that tutorial can be done with a OEM single disc cd or not and it I can't see the pics but I'm pretty sure that's it.

Also, I don't believe any of the wiring is there. You will need to gut the car and run all new wiring everywhere.
