IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME OUT I WOULD APPRECIATE IT..I WAS LOOKING INTO REPLACING THE STOCK EXHAUST ON THE 350Z AND SINCE I WAS GONNA BE CLOSE ENOUGH TO REPLACE THE CATS..I WAS WONDERING WHAT ARE THE PROS AND CONS OF JUST DELETING THEM ALL TOGETHER..THE EXHAUST SYSTEM I WAS LOOKING AT WAS THE N1 INVIDIA EXHAUST WITH INVIDIA CAT DELETE PIPES...I DO KNOW THAT IS WILL PROBABLY MAKE THE CAR ILLEGAL AS FAR AS POLLUTION AND SMOG CONTROL IS CONCERNED BUT DO I CARE?..NOPE...THANKS TO NE ONE

Pros- better gas mileage, more power, better sounding (subjective)Cons- raspy (some people like it), illegal, smell (but its not that bad), might throw on SES light (but that can be fixed a number of ways)

Generally, cat deletes combined with most aftermarket exhuast systems will sound VERY loud. I have them on stock exhaust and it sounds pretty good IMO (I have clips if you want to hear). I suggest you do one at a time to see which you like better.

I also have the cats removed on my Q45, and I like it... I say gut the cats and see how you like it...
