Replacing non-touch screen

Can the following diplay screens replace my 2011 color non-touch screen.. If so will I need to modify anything to install it.

28091-JJ90D belongs to a 2011 nissan 270z

28091-1BY1E ........2011 INFINITI G37 GT-R G25 EX35

28091-JJ90E .......2010 2012 INFINITI G37 AUDIO VIDEO CAMERA NAVIGATION DISPLAY SCREEN MONITOR

28091-1BY3A 2011 2012 INFINITI G37 EX35 AUDIO VIDEO NAVIGATION GPS DISPLAY SCREEN MONITOR

They all have 2 din 1= 24 pins and the other 4 pins.

By changing screen and adding GVN 53, will I be able to enter info through the screen or I need to do more. tia
