Replacing my top!.. problem with Stay Pads..they are gone.. need some help!

So i finally got around to replacing my top.. Well i started to anyway.. I have the headliner and top off. The problem is the "Stay Pads" are 100% rotted into a nice powder. I do not even have enough left to make a guestimate what they where made of or size/length they where?

does anyone know what material i need to replace them with and where i can find some decent measurements for them?

Can you snap a quick picture for me of the location of the parts are that are bad..

I'm having trouble concentrating and picturing things in my head right now.. lack of sleep does that to me. lol

thanks for the link... i am trying to find the fabric/straps locally if i can so i can get my top back on asap.. but i need measurements and to know what the fabric even is made of lol all i have is dust.. lots of dust

taking the top off was easy and both the writeup's have it pretty well covered I will take pic's of the stay pad install though perhaps if it has any surprises.
