Should be interchangeable and easy to find used since most cars at junk yards have front end damage. My 1990 has bronze tinted heat rejecting rear glass which also helps to keep sunrays from deteriorting the rear parcel shelf. I'd hate to price a new one.

Installing windshields and backlights is a specialty. Doing it correctly so that it doesn't crack or leak is tricky. So is removing it from the donor vehicle without damaging it. I work for an auto glass company, and we usually don't bother trying to save existing glass, as removing it safely is too difficult and time consuming, not cost eff4ective at all.

Check with a REPUTABLE auto glass outfit in your area for a quote on labor only to remove donor glass and replace existing one with it. Don't forget the trim kts that are frequently needed. My '05 F50 glass company COST on windshield is $130 each X 2.

If you insist on doing it yourself, be prepared to damage the glass or the car, and to have wind/water leaks. I'm not saying it can't be done, but it requires much care and time, plus more cost than just the glass itself.
