Replacing master window switch

Is there a way to replace the master window switch without removing the door panel? If so, I can't figure it out. I haven't found anything on the internet or this forum about replacing the switch. I've got a 06 M35X. Thanks!

I don't know of any way to remove the switch without removing the panel.

Thanks EdBwoy! Your videos were very helpful. I had the switch replaced in under 15min start to finish.

Now if I had only tested my replacement switch that I purchased off ebay prior to reassembling everything I would have known that the button for drivers side window didn't work so I couldn't put the window down when it was 88 degrees the other day. Arghh!!!
