Replacing left front upper Bose speaker

The left upper speaker went bad and distorts sound terribly. I have ordered a replacement (used), and would appreciate any help on how to swap out the old speaker with the replacement.

I wonder if this is covered in the AV section of the FSM (link in my signature). I haven't looked, but I imagine it might be.
