ok, some of you may remember me talking about how my passenger dome light went out. well i thought it went out again and would have to replace the whole assembly again, well turns out it was just the LED that blew or something i guess. the other bulbs worked just fine. I bought these from Superbrightleds.com, now my question is this. should i buy a single LED just like the one i had, or should i replace all 3 using a different site?

You should be fine. I don't think it would cause any problems.

I bought the same LED bulb replacement for the dome light from superbright's website. I didn't like how crappy dim it was, so I ended up using one of those Autozone rectangular LED boards. It fits just snug in the fixture and is real nice and bright! $17 but I think it's worth it if it doesn't blow.

Haven't had issues with the map or door LEDs, though I thought the ones they sent were too loose for the slots they connect to, but they've held up OK so far.

i'm afraid if i get 1 bulb from a diff site it'll be a diff blue. that's why i thought about replacing all 3.
so should i just replace the one that went out with the same one?

After looking at pictures and LEDS in person I believe most LEDS in the common "cool white "blue" red" "amber" "green" shades are all the same colors.

The problem i have had with my LED swap for doors and map lights is that they still glow even after all doors are closed and everything it only does it at night, and its not that i cant see it during the day it is cause my lights are on at night and it somehow gives the map and door lights power and emits a little blue lite in all of them... idk how to fix it or if it is normal

I have all V-LED dome lights and V-LED strips. I put superfluxes(oznium) in my cubby hole and air vents and I can definitely see the difference. Now in my case, it really didnt matter because they were separate areas and the colors glow blended a little but in your case with the way our domes are i think it would pretty much be like two paint swatches side by side so it would be easy to tell if they were off a little.

Just my thoughts...

ohhhh I didn't know you were worrying about color. I got all of my interiors beside footwell strips ( map and doors) from v-led. I have 13 led bulbs but thats just because red isn't as bright as blue. My brother has 10 led blue bulbs in his 09 honda accord coupe and they are way brighter. I know that super bright is cheaper but I stick with v-led all the way.
just my pointless .02

v-led ftw. i have the doors, front maps, and lic. plate lights (the 5led in 1) and they are SUPER bright. they were only like 2 bux a piece too. then my dome light is the 16led dome which was like 12 bux and honestly- i keep that thing OFF cus its TOO bright.

very good company, insane shipping time. i was very impressed w/ em the first time and i'd continue to get them if i didnt have an led distributer to do crappy work w/ lol. but when it counts- i use v-leds (and oz)
