There are security screws holding the cylinder assembly that need to be either drilled out or rotated with a sharp punch and a hammer. But before you replace it, make sure the problem isn't worn-out keys and not a worn-out cylinder. Visit the dealer and have a new "steel key" made using the original key code instead of "tracing" an existing key. If you find the code-cut key works easier than your existing ones, the fault is the keys and not the cylinder.
