replacing headunit on 2007 nissan sentraS

i apologize if this topic has been out already but can anyone pls help me on how to remove the stock player. And is there any thing i need to worry about doing this. I have also heard several rumors about the alternator on how there is enough stress on it as it is due to the cvt transmission equiped with it pls help thank you...
