I need to replace the axles on my Altima. the majority of axles I find have ABS tone rings but my car doesn't have ABS. at least one seller says the axles with tone rings will still fit, but before I spend money on something that won't fit I need to get some confirmation. Has anyone had any experience with this?

Any info will be greatly appreciated

Thanks in advance

They started including the tone rings on the axles to reduce the amount of parts inventory, it saves millions in bank loan interest costs. (They can also then upcharge you for parts you don't need, like that part huh? The way of the world now.). You simply ignore the ring if you don't have ABS, it sits there doing nothing. Axles that do that will be the same fit and even the ring if correct part will clear all.
