Replacing Engine Cover

I must have hit something really big, cause it tore the heck out of my lower engine cover. It is ripped out from under the entire passengers side and the front wheel well, and the plastic is dragging under the car. I have found a place where I can buy another cover, and I am wondering what exactly I have to do to replace it. I assume it is just a few bolts or screws. But I want to make sure before I take the time to raise and secure the car. I would hate to do that and then learn I have to take half the car apart or something that would be better done on a lift (which I don't have.) Anyway, thanks in advance.
