Replacing distributor need help ASAP please (timing)

Hey I just got a new motor from a 95 240 and am putting it in my 91 240. (its a ka24de). The thing is, the distributor from the 95 is internal coil and my distributor is an external coil. I was told I could just swap the distributors. How would I set the timing w/ the distributor?

Use that and an FSM (if needed) and you'll be set.
