I need front and rear rotors, and rear calipers. Is this a do-able job for a layman. The price the shop quoted is way beyond budget and I'd like to try it. Where can I find instructions? Any recommendations for purchasing parts? 95 Q45.Thanks

I'd say it's DIY as long as you have or can get the tools.

Here's a thread, if you're replacing the rotors, you'll need to make sure you have the necessary tools to remove the old ones (read big wrench/breaker bar)zerothread?id=47476

The caliper bolts are kinda hard to get at with a long breaker bar... Front is slightly easier because you can at least turn the wheels a little bit...

Its very DIYable, not very hard at all.

I did it with a Craftsman socket set and a ratchet. Its pretty easy if its not too humid out.
