Replacing belts, power steering pump pivot bolt?

This might be a dumb question but I couldn't find the answer. I'm replacing my belts, and to release the power steering pump it looks like one of the pivot bolts is behind the pulley. The tensioner bolt is obvious, but which bolt to I loosen to adjust it?

just loosen the tension bolt, the one that is pointing towards the RH driver side wheel, you loosen that up and just can start pushing the PS pump downward in order to lose slack on the lines or push them up to gain tension

Oh, so it's just the one bolt? I thought I remember on the alternator I had to loosen one bolt then make slack by loosening another bolt. I'll check it out in the morn, thanks.
