It's a bit of a PITA on older Quests, you need to drop the parking brake pedal. See BCS-25 here....

...and PB-5 here:

Do you need to Program The BCM when replacing them and can one from a junkyard be used?

Depends whether you have I-Keys or steel keys. With I-Keys, if a used BCM is installed then you need new fobs. Used fobs will not mate with a different BCM unless the BCM is new. With steel the existing keys can be reused.

The keys need to be re-registered in any case, and a used BCM may need to be configured. Configs on an '06 are with/without for Auto Lights, Fogs, and Speed Sensitive Wipers. Anything misconfigured in the BCM won't work or won't work right.

Thanks I have Chip Keys and the NATS security in my 06 Quest SE and I guess it’s the same as in a Maxima 3.5 v6 L for all this kind of thing and for the ECM as well

That's steel, so you should just need the keys reregistered for it to run. Make sure the part number is an exact match or supersession for what's in the van. BCM's can't be reprogrammed, and in a worst case a lookalike can cause catastrophic electrical damage.
