I'm definitely set on buying the Rogue, but the only thing that disappoints me is the tiny 5" navigation screen that the package comes with. It's great that it has the backup camera and everything, but I'd like to be able to upgrade this screen. If I were to get the nav package with the backup camera installed, would I easily be able to rip out this navigation screen and put in one of the Pioneer AVID models (or any other double-din nav screen) while still being able to plug the backup camera back into the rear of the unit? Has anybody else done this before? I mean, it looks like the cutout for the 5" nav would fit any double-din nav system perfectly, but I'd like to know for sure if this can be done. If it's anything like the Altima, it may LOOK like a double-din size, but it was only very slightly wider...

Welcome yanathin to the NICOClub Rogue Forums!

No one has tried a head unit/nav upgrade on a 2011 Rogue yet. I have no idea if any of the components including the camera would be compatible with an aftermarket headunit.

I would suggest you look at getting a Rogue without NAV and work from there. It will be far easier to add something rather than trying to interface to the OEM Nissan components.

I'm the same way. I want to replace the head unit when I put in my speakers and amps, but I don't want to lose the back up cam or the USB inputs in the center console... So I guess I'll just deal with it.
