Replacement Window Track Lining or "Welt" - '95 SX

I am looking for original replacements, or a suitable replacement, for the window track lining, or "welt" as Nissan calls it, for our 95 240SX.

Here are the original Nissan part numbers and nomenclature from Nissan's website:

WELT BODY SIDE,FRONT LH - Part Number: 76923-65F00
WELT BODY SIDE,REAR LH - Part Number: 76924-65F00

I have tracked down the most likely possible sources on the web for these items, and they are no longer available (obsolete) in the Nissan inventory at any of the dealers.

If anyone has a source for these items or has knowledge of a universal replacement, please, let us all know
