replacement turbo

So the turbo on my 1987 300zx is the original Garrett t3. It has seen better days and I'm looking to replace it. The exhaust manifold and everything around the turbo are stock. What would be a good replacement turbocharger? I have been doing some shopping and found this one:

Curious if this one will work or if anyone has any experience with this and might have a recommendation?

Unless your planning to do something crazy then this would be a OEM replacement.
