replacement tires?

Has anyone replaced the OE tires on their 3.5? Mine are extremely noisy and stiff. I'm getting new rims and wonder if I should spring for some new rubber as well. Perhaps some summer performance tires and keep the all seasons for winter.

Just get some new tires with the new wheels and throw the stockers on for winter
