Replacement seats for a 2001 Pathfinder LE

Does anyone have any suggestions for more comfortable replacement seats for a 2001 Pathfinder. My electric seats won't slide forward or back, and the dealer wants $800 Cdn for a new seat motor. No way I am spending $800 on these seats. I find my back gets sore on trips over 2 hrs. I can drive all day in my wife's Volvo and climb out feeling great. I'd be ok stepping up to Recaro's, however I can't find anyone using Google who has replaced the stock seats with Recaro's. If anyone has experience with Recaro's in a Pathfinder, what models have you retrofitted? Thanks

You could consider getting ones from a QX4, i actually know someone who has 2 leather QX4 seats for sale, if you're interested.

No problem, i completely forgot about that, i dont even know if the guy that needs this actually needs it anymore. Short story i wouldnt worry about it.

That was my question too.Are the QX4 Seats significantly better then the leather electric and heated seats in a Pathfinder LE?I have a black leather interior, so if the QX4 seats are a lot better and fit the existing rails (or have different rails that work) then I might be interested. What is the year and condition of the QX4 seats?

P.S. I replaced the Bose radio with a decent stereo, so I'm not afraid of a little retrofitting.

finally did my seat swap, 300 bux for all the seats! same color and leather, great deal! a lil scrubbing and some leather cleaner, they came out great!

Hey guys I have an 02 Black on black infiniti qx4. The driver's seat has a small spot around where my neck would touch that has turned a greyish light white color.. hardly visible on the black because its so slight. However i've tried leather cleaner and conditioner and it doesnt do anything. Any ideas on what I could do? Someone mentioned getting it reupholstered buy im wondering if there are other options or if i should just get a new seat altogether, im sure thats kinda pricey. Thanks!
