Replacement parts for Q45 Calipers

Hey everyone.

I recently picked up a set of Q45 Brake Caliper Brackets, however they were from a wreck and need a little bit of work. Here's some pics:



I need to replace the circled parts. Would this be considered the "hardware" for the caliper? I've seen places selling replacement hardware kits, and just want to make sure it's what I need.
