Im not really sure what you were asking about turbo gaskets. As for the four bolts, bend back the little metal pieces to access the bolts alot easier, the metal plates are there to stop the bolts from loosening.
Dont worry about getting air in those oil lines though if you didnt drain your oil and coolant then dont take any of the lines off (it sounds like you did drain though). There are 4 lines going into the turbo, the oil into the turbo should lead to an eye screw on the block near the bottom of the dipstick, the oil return is under the turbo and goes into the black near the bottom. The water in comes from the eye screw a little bit above the oil in screw, and the water return goes into a pipe under the carbon canister. Heres a little picture. Take those off of the block then take them off of the turbo.
On the turbo there should be a total of 5 gaskets, two off the compressor side, two off the exhaust side and a baby one where the oil return line leaves the turbo. Im not sure about all the gaskets to replace but the oil return line gasket and intake gasket (before the compressor) are the same as that of a T25 off of a ~95 300ZX.
You can torque the bolts from 27 to 35 FT LB. 37-48 NM, 3.8-4.9 KG M.
