Does this price seem legit for a replacement MAF? Other sites are hundreds of dollars more.

Use only Nissan OEM MAFs, aftermarket MAFs are known to be absolute garbage and cause problems. A good used OEM is better than any new aftermarket unit. PERIOD.

Yep, orange label with N62 only for the Z32.
