Exact thing happened to me last week. Be sure the o rings are lubed up and use a c clamp or vice to slowly set the injectors in. That way the pressure isn't just on the screw driver side of a cap.

yup. we used a mini hammer on the flat part of the cap. of course being EXTREMELY careful and only using the weight of the hammer. i wouldn't suggest doing it that way but i have to order a upper intake plenum from Springfield, MO, so I'll have it by about 1 tomorrow. I also have more pics of the install but they're on my buddies fiance's camera.

well she started! but i forgot to put a coolant line on the back right underside of the plenum and sprayed out half of what was in my radiator, my arm is too big to fit back there so i have to wait on a buddy to get here to put it on, but she purrs like a kitten having a orgasm while playing with a ball of yarn :)
