replaceing head question

ok i bent the **** outta my valves, dont ask, and no one had any valves in stock so i bought a used head off a 95, the head was taken off becuse he blew a head gasket, the head does not have any of the lifters in it, or the cam bridges, i was wondering if i can use those parts off of my old head with out too much trouble, i am driving home from kansas next week. or would it better to take out the old valves and get the original head remacined to accept the new valves?
