Had to do it for a while,, finally ordered parts this week and did the job today.

Miles: 139k

It was probably overdue but back when i had it lowered, the hard coils probably kept me from noticing, but once i put in fresh OEM style springs again you could feel the rear wandering over bumps and stuff.

Note to anyone who wants to attempt this job DIY, i suggest you dont unless you have experience dealing with super stuck bolts and the methods/tools to get them off.

I started with the right side (pass), managed to get all the bolts off the upper and lower arms fine, some needed a few torching sessions, pb blaster and impact gunning but all came loose, wrapped up that side easy.

Onto the left (drivers), needed to grind off one of the lower arm bolts and one upper, then airhammer out. Luckily dealer had the exact 2 bolts/nuts left in stock i needed (talk about luck) went and got them and finished it up.

This was basically the last part of my suspension which was yet done, I changed the stabilizer bushings back when i did my fronts but not the rear links yet, those havent got here yet but its a 5 min job will get done by Sat.

Night and day difference after test drive, feels all tight and brand new now. Also by sat am doing the front rotors/pads, ones on there now have lasted 6.5 almost 7 years of abuse. Pads still not fully worn but close, can feel the rotors have slight warping now so time for new setup, amazing how long previous ones lasted.

Some pics, parts ordered off rockauto.

The FSM says to replace the nuts and bolts when changing the trailing arms.

Chuck not saying you are wrong, in a perfect world we all would.

But the bolts/nuts were in great shape, so i just reused them, just like with the lower front strut bolts.

I believe the same goes for those cir-clips on the front CV.s when you remove them to replace rotors or something else, removed those too many times to count and replaced them maybe at 120k when i snapped the "head part" off one.

YNG - Its alot of sliding around under the car etc, 3 foot breaker bar, impact gunning them etc, to get good access to get another ratchet on the back of the bolt on the closest to front bolts on the upper arms you need to remove the stabilizer bracket, its just 2 14mm bolts each.

I took off the bottom shock bolts on both sides so i could push them to the side a little and fit my impact gun onto the nut.

Heres the only other 2 helpful pics i have, this is passenger side upper arm,

I know it was a tough job however I would just replaced the bushings with polyeurathane cause I replaced the arms upper and lower and within a years time I had the death sway AGAIN, poly is the way to go.
