Replaced turning signal light bulb, Turning signal still refuses to work?

I replaced the bulb and the signal still won't work, sometimes it does but more than not it dosen't. Cold this be because of a fuse? I don't think so though.

hmm... if it works sometimes but not other times... then its not a fuze problem. it would not work at all if a fuze was blown. it never hurts to check all the fuzes tho. im guessing that its a short in the wiring. sometimes the plastic insulation on the wiring gets corroded... especially with most of it being exposed in the engine bay area. if you can, pull out the signal housing and trace the wiring.
