Replaced my auto transmission and.......

just got my auto transmission replaced (S13 200SX Auto CA18DET) to a reconditioned one as my original one has done over 1400000 miles and was giving me loads of problems.

OK, now that its installed it shifts great (no lurching during gear shift) smooth

BUT..

1. Now when i start the car from cold, (lever in P position) idle just goes to 800-850rpm and stays there. Prior to the change, it used to shoot up to 1.3k thereabout and gradually drops as the car warms.

2. I cannot do the transmission self diagnosis anymore! though the OD lamp goes on for 2 seconds after starting the car which is normal

Any ideas???
