I am new to all of this tuning stuff. I bought the car so I can learn and wrench on it myself. I have a 93 240sx coupe. When I turn hard right the wheel rubs. It is sitting about 1/2 inch lower on the Front Right side. I replaced the struts with some cheap monroe struts. That didn't help. Also there in a thumping sound coming from the front right side? Ant ideas before I take it to the shop? Thanks

Thumping I don't know. Could you be more specific as to what you are doing when it happens? Braking, cornering, ????

It just happens all the time. The faster I drive the faster it thumps. Sounds like it is in the front right corner also. When I accelerate sometimes it stops. I really haven't had it out much because of the problem.

thumping from the front is usually related to the tension rod bushings

Replace the whole tie rod or just the tie rod end?I know this is probably not the right answer but looking to just get this road worthy and then start the complete makeover in a few months.
