replaced clutch.....then, nothing....

okay to start off i am a newbie but seems how i though i was some cool tokyo drift star or somthing stupid i burnt my clutch out, so i replaced it had a huge battle trying to get that damn transmission in, finaly i got it in today.. and i am starting to bolt everything back together when i decide, hmm i should check see if the clutch works or if i am an idiot and knocked the release fork and throwout barring off or somthing stupid, or do i just have to bleed the clutch lines... hmm its my first time under a car, so do i just bleed my brakes and everyhing will work all fine and dandy... please help me thaaanks a million
