So I replaced my Battery in my 2007 M35, and all the settings like the Power Window/Sunroof are reset to factory I guess, how do you set them to the full open and closed?

Lower window 1/2 way down

raise window all the way up & hold it for 4sec. without letting go of the switch

if it works do other windows

good luck, Freddie

It worked for the windows, but the sunroof only opens for 2 inches and you have to repeatedly push the button for it to open and close. Any solutions?

it should be the same as the windows

don't remember if car needs to be on without running or just while running too.

after it's done I think you have to shut off the car before it works.

I think the sunroof has to be manually opened all the way and closed all the way once. It's just a lot of button presses. This stuff is all in the manual if you have it.

this thread isnt that old but i just got this issue. I took care of the windows already but that dang sunroof is killing me.

I'll start the car and press the open button (seems like a hundred times) unitl it opens. Then i press it the same amount of times until it closes.
I then cut the car off and restart but it goes back to that stupid incremental open stuff.

Am i doing something wrong?

ok so it took me a while to realize that to close the sun roof it must go to the tillt up position first. after takign it all the way to that and finally close it now operates on one touch.
