replaced battery now tune may be gone

I have a 89 240sx with a black top sr20det I just got the car back 2 days ago while cleaning the car I noticed that the top of the battery was leaking and1/2 of my battery box was full of battery acid so I replace the battery now at wot my A/F is below 10 (before 11.7) and at 5000Rpms is almost stalls (more like a fuel cut off switch) think maybe too much fuel at 1/2 throttle A/F is 10.9 and drives ok is it normal when changing the battery to lost a tune on a apexi power fc

the power fc has its own power source when the bat is diconnected.
