Replace/upgrade lights on HVAC knobs on dash?

I don't know if anyone else is bugged by this, but the little yellow lights on the AC and airflow select switch in our 2013 S are worthless in the sunshine. Anyone know if possible to change these to something brighter?

led's are soldered in. you'd have to remove them and soldier new ones. but since current is going to matter = idk if you could put in brighter ones without ruining something.
