Replace strut mounts?

I will be replacing my sturt/shock assembly to either a Tokico blues or KYB Gr-2 but before I do so... Im ordering dust boots but do I also need to replace the strut mounts as well? I have about 80k miles on the car...

There is a ball bearing in the strut mount. As long as it turns freely, I think they are ok. I really don't forsee the rubber being in bad shape. My S14 had about 100K and only one of my strut mounts was bad, the bearing felt real gritty. I replaced both of them anyway.
