Replace sideview mirror on 2004 Maxima

Hi All,I need to replace the driver side mirror on a 2004 Maxima. To do this, do I need to remove the inside door panel, or can I just pry the speaker off and remove the old mirror? If I need to remove the door panel, please advise as to what that entails.

on my gen you have to take off the door panel to take off the inside cover from the mirror but not sure as to 6th gen. try looking in the fsm under body and trim (?).
