The driver side came off easily, the passenger side will not budge. I tried everything - including the screwdriver with cloth, wire under the lamp and pull, etc. with no success. I'm almost afraid of forcing and breaking the lamp assembly. The paint gets scratched off under the lamp assembly, even with a cloth over the point of the flat screwdriver. Any other way of taking the lamp assembly off on the passenger side? Thanks.

I believe these lens are plastic.

Get your self a blow dryer, set it to hot and heat up the edges while gently pushing under the lens with a small flat screwdriver. It should work. Evening when things have cooled down a bit is the best time to try this method, especially after dousing the both lens with cold water from a garden hose.

idk if yours could be doing this but on my car the braket that holds the lamp in was very rusted on mine and i almost couldnt get it out but it finally let go and came out. that could be your issue. idk how much room is behind the bumper but if you could reach behind the bumer and try pushing it out while someone trys to pry it out the accual way it may help. and maybe spraying pb blaster or wd40 in there may also loosen the rust up and help get the lens out.

Thanks for the suggestions. I will try the hair dryer, PB blaster and bumper routines, and report back.
Thanks again.

hot glue a wooden stick to the lens...pull it out and then pop it off...might work
