Moved this to Z tech.
Since 240s are the same setup, I can tell you what I've done in the past. If you're just trying to pull the axle, you'll need to disconnect the suspension links so you can tilt the upright away from the car and the axle should slide out. Sometimes they need a little persuasion.
If you're trying to remove the hub assembly itself, you can use a slide hammer to pull the hub out of the bearing carrier, but I usually don't recommend that. Disconnect the 4 bolts holding the carrier/bearing/hub to the upright, disconnect the big nylon nut on the back that holds the pivot for the e-brake assembly, and remove carrier/hub. At that point, you can do whatever you need to separate the hub and the carrier.
Are you trying to replace a bad bearing? If so, your options are either an aftermarket solution or buy the whole bearing/hub assembly from Nissan. I remember seeing just the bearing from Beck/Arnley many years ago, but doing a quick google search turns up the whole bearing and carrier like Nissan sells.
