Replace or repair a right exhaust manifold?

Hi everyone,

I have a crack on my right (passenger side) exhast manifold.

I was wondering what is best to do to fix this problem. Should I try to have it welded while it is still on or should I just have it replaced with a new one?

Does anyone know what the labor of a job like this should cost since I probably can't do it myself since I don't have a lift?

Weleded?

Replaced?

gr8scott72 was replacing a driver side manifold a lil bit back. Maybe he can update you with the info if he's gotten to that replacement yet.
