Replace map lights with LEDs

Hi all,

I'm a new Rogue owner. Can you guys explain how I can replace the map lights on my car? They are so dim and I've already changed the passenger and cargo lights per another thread on this forum. Also, what the heck is this above my pedal area? looks like some type of electrical connection options. I've posted links to my pics.

Yes, I did. The closest reference was on Page 4 saying it was not possible. But that doesn't sound right.

I am in the same boat! I changed my passenger lights to leds and now they are white and beautiful, however it makes the map light leds look almost like incandescents . Really hoping someone knows how to do this.
