Hello All,

I am new to the forum, driving a rusty 5 speed Altima GXE 165K ... Just replaced the fuel pump and have noticed the main line (tube) which goes into the tank has been slightly damaged - noticible moisture one inch before connecting to tank/fuel assembly.I there any option to cut and extent the main fuel line? How difficult would to replace this portion (not sure if this is easy accessible from under the vehicle)?Where is the best place to find this part...

Cheers

Those fuel lines were a pita to do although I'm sure there was an easier way to do it... I had to lower the fuel tank to get access to all the fuel lines on my sisters 95 altima. The ones coming right off the fuel pump area go to some hardlines and that one was the one that kicked me savagely in the pants.
