I have a 2003 G35 Sedan. Changed the radio out because climate controls stopped working. New Clarion VX605 stereo. Reconnected all wire harnesses. The negitive battery cable has been disconnected for 9 days while I worked on it and reconnect to test radio unit and controls. Put all back and now it runs rough, check engine light on and airbag light flashing. Step on gas and dies. Any ideas???

Update 7-6: The codes are as follows. P1065--Manf Cntrl fuel & air metering, Auxiliary Emission controls
P0327: Knock Sensor 1 circuit low imput bank 1 or 1 sensor. It looks tied to the ecm. Can you reset the ecm?

sounds like throttle body needs to be replaced.

Try resetting the ECU via the foot stomp procedure
