replace Check Engine Light

I called Nissan dealership --part -- asked about buying the check engine light; which might be bad in my 1997 Nissan Maxima. I was informed that I would have to buy the entire cluster dashboard ;;; how true is this.

During inspectiopn 1997 Nissan MaxiMA; Diagnastic error codes: P0325: KNOCK SENSOR 1 CIRCUIT BANK 1 or SINGLE SENSOR, P0110: INTAKE AIR TEMPARATURE SENSOR 1 CIRCUIT , P0141: O2 SENSOR HEATER CIRCUIT BANK 1 SENSOR. I WAS TOLD THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS NOT FUNCTIONING, ELSE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN ON. CAN YOU RECOMMEND...
